Relationship Manager and service start

Royal Essence includes a Dedicated Relationship Manager. Heritage and Alliance include inherited relationship-manager support. Crown adds a Dedicated Senior Advisory Team. The role covers requirements, profile shortlisting and initial family coordination within the package scope.

Royal does not publish a universal Relationship Manager response-time SLA or fixed advisor office-hours commitment for every membership. Your assigned advisor, communication channel and any specific response or availability commitment must be recorded in the individual written service confirmation if promised.

Account membership starts after the server confirms payment and the required account/profile is created. Moderation, document review and introductions follow their relevant review and scheduling. No guaranteed first-appointment or first-introduction deadline applies unless it is expressly recorded in the individual written service confirmation.

Expiry, pause and renewal

Your account records the start and end. The current main packages have a 365-day validity; an admin-created package can have a different duration. Public sale expiry is separate and does not shorten an activated membership. Membership does not auto-renew or create a recurring debit. Discuss renewal with Royal. Pausing does not automatically extend the recorded expiry; any extension requires a confirmed change by Royal.

Cancellation and refund requests

Email royalshaadimubaarak@gmail.com with your member ID, package, payment reference, date and reason. Royal reviews the agreed package, services supplied and applicable legal rights. Do not assume an unconditional refund or a particular deduction unless recorded before purchase. Policy-violation termination is assessed under the Terms and applicable law. Ask Royal to confirm individual cancellation conditions in writing before paying.

Approved gateway refunds return through the original payment method. Bank processing is separate from Royal's review; Razorpay states normal refunds can take 7–10 working days after initiation. Razorpay refund information.

Failed, duplicate and disputed payments

A failed or cancelled checkout does not activate membership. If your bank shows a debit but Royal has no verified payment, do not pay again until support checks it. Send the payment/order ID and bank reference; never card details or OTPs. Duplicate or erroneous charges are reviewed separately from service cancellation. You may also raise a bank/card dispute through the provider or bank; contacting Royal does not remove that route or your legal rights.

High-value payments and bank transfer enquiries

Use an eligible card or netbanking with an adequate bank limit. A listed price does not guarantee every bank or method will approve it. For NEFT/RTGS, obtain written company-account instructions from Royal before transferring; bank details are not inferred or replaced by the website form.

After transfer, a signed-in member can submit the UTR, package and transfer details from the Membership area. The submitted amount is tied to the current package price, duplicate UTRs are blocked, and membership activation occurs only after Royal admin verifies the reference against the company bank statement. Never transfer to an unverified personal account.

Receipts and GST

No GSTIN available as of 30 September 2026. Receipts are not GST tax invoices and GST is not separately collected. The final checkout amount is shown before payment; Royal does not silently add GST. After a verified Razorpay payment or admin-verified NEFT/RTGS transfer, the Member area provides a Royal system receipt showing the membership, amount, payment method/reference, payment date and membership validity, with print/PDF support. The receipt also preserves the purchased package service summary when a purchase snapshot is available. A separate tax invoice is issued only where applicable.

Individual service confirmation

The live package page defines the published benefits and validity. At payment-record creation, Royal freezes the package name, price, validity and benefit list into a purchase service-summary snapshot so later package edits do not silently alter that purchase. Any extra promises about introduction counts, response times, appointment deadlines, cancellation concessions or bespoke services must be recorded separately in writing.
