Information and purposes

Razorpay processes payment credentials in its checkout. Royal stores transaction references and status; do not send card details, OTPs or passwords to our staff.

Consent and processing

Profile sharing is for the introductions you authorise and the service you request. A representative must have the adult candidate's authority. You can request changes to sharing or withdraw consent through the official contact. Withdrawal can prevent functions that depend on that information. Account administration, transaction records, security and lawful disclosure have separate relevant purposes. Optional analytics requires a separate cookie choice.

Providers and processors

Supabase provides Royal's database and authentication services; Render hosts the application; Razorpay processes online payments. Google Analytics 4 is consent-controlled. ExchangeRate-API supplies exchange rates. Automatic country detection can transmit your IP address to api.country.is; you can select a country manually. Email delivery uses the configured Supabase authentication email service. An enabled mobile OTP channel uses the configured SMS provider, which may be Textlocal, Twilio or a delivery integration. Checkout mobile OTP is presently paused.

Providers process the information needed for their function and may have their own sub-processors. We do not imply that a processor list certifies compliance in every jurisdiction.

Retention and deletion

Profile information is used during your requested account and matchmaking relationship. Ask Royal to close the account, stop further introductions and review deletion of profile information, photos or documents. Billing, disputes, consent and security records may require separate retention for legal or transaction purposes; backups and providers can also require time to remove copies. No single fixed period applies to all categories. Ask for the applicable category and expected deletion timeline with your request.

Royal verifies account ownership before acting and should explain any category retained for a lawful purpose. Do not attach identity documents to a general email unless a secure verification route is requested.

International transfers

Royal operates from Bengaluru. Its core Royal database is configured in India; application hosting is configured in Singapore. Providers may process information in other countries. Consented introductions to overseas members also involve cross-border sharing, subject to applicable transfer restrictions and permitted service scope. Contact Royal before consenting if you require a country restriction. Regional pages describe service markets and do not imply local offices or locally hosted accounts.

Security incidents

Report suspected unauthorised access or disclosure immediately using your member ID and a brief description. The team can investigate, restrict affected access where appropriate and preserve evidence. Notifications to affected people or authorities are handled where required by applicable law. For immediate physical danger contact the relevant emergency service.

Adults, requests and complaints

This is an adult matrimonial service. A parent cannot create a profile for a minor. Registration and review must satisfy the age requirements in the Terms. Contact Royal for access, correction, consent withdrawal, account closure, deletion review or a privacy complaint, including rights available under applicable law.
