Terms of Service & Member Registration Declaration

Legal service provider

Royal Shaadi Mubaarak is the service brand; ROYALSHAADIMUBAARAK PRIVATE LIMITED is the contracting party and supplier. Matchmaking experience since 2007 describes the founder's earlier practice, before the present company was formed.

1. Scope of Service & Platform Role

• ROYALSHAADIMUBAARAK PRIVATE LIMITED provides advisor-led private Muslim matchmaking, profile review and introductions according to the selected package.
• Services include profile creation, review, consent-based profile sharing and the matchmaking assistance described in the selected package. Royal Essence includes a Dedicated Relationship Manager; Royal Heritage and Royal Alliance include the inherited benefits; Royal Crown adds a Dedicated Senior Advisory Team.
• The company continues any assistance included in the agreed package. Members and their families make their own matrimonial decisions; no marriage outcome is guaranteed and statutory rights remain unaffected.

2. Relationship Managers and Senior Advisory Team

• Dedicated Relationship Managers assist across Royal Essence, Heritage, Alliance and Crown with requirements, suitable profile sharing and initial family coordination according to the package scope. Royal Crown includes a Dedicated Senior Advisory Team.
• The role and obligation of the Relationship Manager or Admin Manager end after the package's agreed matchmaking scope and facilitated meetings are completed.
• The company, Admin Managers, and Relationship Managers do not assume post-match, pre-marital, or post-marital responsibility after the designated package deliverables are completed.

3. Verification & Approval Rights

• Members must submit valid Government-issued Identity Proof such as Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, and relevant profile documents for verification before approval where requested.
• ROYALSHAADIMUBAARAK PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to inspect, verify, approve, reject, suspend, or remove a profile containing false, incomplete, suspicious, or misleading information, subject to applicable law and platform policy.

4. Mandatory Client Responsibility & Due Diligence

• Profile exchange or platform verification is not a legal endorsement or guarantee of a member's character, financial status, health, or background.
• Members and their families remain responsible for independent due diligence, background checks, medical checks, family verification, and other checks they consider appropriate before finalising any alliance.
• Registration, membership, or manager assistance does not guarantee a match, engagement, or marriage.

5. Financial Safety & Non-Liability

• Members are strongly advised not to send money, loans, gifts, investments, or financial assistance to another member met through the platform.
• ROYALSHAADIMUBAARAK PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept responsibility for private monetary transactions between members to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Any request for money or suspicious financial activity should be reported to the platform immediately.

6. Legal Age Requirement

• Members confirm that they meet the legal marriageable age applicable to them. In India, the registration requirement is minimum 18 years for females and minimum 21 years for males; members outside India must also satisfy the applicable legal marriageable age in their jurisdiction.

7. True Information & Marital Status Disclosure

• All details provided, including name, age, date of birth, marital status, education, occupation, income, and family details, must be true, complete, and accurate.
• Current legal marital status must be fully disclosed, including Never Married, Divorced, Widowed, Awaiting Divorce, or any other applicable status.
• Registering while legally married without full disclosure of current legal marital status is prohibited.

8. Authentic Photographs & Anti-Impersonation

• All uploaded photographs must be genuine, reasonably recent, and belong to the registered member.
• Fake, duplicate, proxy, misleading, or impersonated profiles are prohibited.

9. Profiles Created by Representatives / Guardians

• If a parent, guardian, sibling, or relative creates or manages a profile for an adult candidate, that representative confirms that they have the candidate's consent and authority to submit and share the candidate's information.

10. Package Terms, Suspension & Non-Refundability

• Members agree to follow the rules, guidelines, validity period, deliverables, and scope of their chosen membership package.
• Profiles that violate platform rules, engage in misconduct, or submit fraudulent information may be suspended or terminated.
• Where a termination results from a confirmed policy violation, fees already paid may be treated as non-refundable subject to the applicable package terms and law.

11. Respectful Conduct

• Members must interact respectfully and courteously. Harassment, abuse, offensive language, extortion, threats, or inappropriate content directed at members, families, or company staff may result in suspension, termination, reporting, or legal action where appropriate.

12. Privacy & Data Sharing Consent

• Members authorise profile sharing for the requested matchmaking service in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable consent settings. Do not save, screenshot, download, scrape or forward another person’s profile, photographs or documents without that person’s permission.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms & Conditions are intended to be governed by the laws of India.
• Subject to applicable law, legal proceedings, disputes, or claims connected with the platform's services will be subject to the competent courts having jurisdiction at the company's registered headquarters in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Membership period and service boundaries

The validity and included benefits displayed for the selected membership form part of its service scope. Account membership starts after payment confirmation and the required profile creation. Profile approval and personalised introductions follow their relevant review and scheduling. Royal uses a suitability-based introduction model: introductions depend on suitable available profiles and mutual consent, with no fixed count, frequency or recurring quota unless an individual written confirmation expressly states one.

Royal does not publish one universal Relationship Manager response-time SLA, fixed advisor office-hours commitment, first-appointment deadline or first-introduction deadline for every membership. Any such commitment must be recorded in the individual written service confirmation. Membership ends at the expiry shown in your account. There is no automatic recurring renewal charge. Pausing does not automatically extend that expiry; any extension or renewal requires a confirmed change by Royal.

Your legal rights and support
